What we'd work on

Most of this work is about building. Knowing who you are and what you're going toward. Confidence and resilience that hold under pressure. Better sleep, better health, better habits, chosen on purpose rather than forced by a crisis. Decisions made instead of circled.

And when something has broken, we repair it: a strained relationship at home or at work, a job lost, a business under pressure, a stretch of poor sleep, a health condition asking more of you.

With leaders and teams, the conversation is just as often about how a team is operating as it is about one person: roles, authority, boundaries, and the task everyone assumes everyone else understands.

How it goes

We start with a conversation. No forms and no commitment. Send a short note about what's bringing you here. You don't need to have it worked out first.

The season you're in. Some seasons of life call for movement and a clear goal. Others call for steadiness and rest before anything else is asked of you. We read which one you're in before choosing what we do.

You know more than you think. Much of what's useful is already somewhere in your own account of things. My job is to draw it out and help you see the pattern, rather than hand you my answer and hope it fits.

Who's helping you carry it. Two questions sit underneath the work: why are you doing this, and who's helping you carry it. Here, the second one has an answer.
